In 2023, the singer faced the devastating loss of his wife of over four decades, Nora Forster, who passed away after a long battle with Alzheimer’s disease. Shortly thereafter, Lydon’s longtime manager and close confidant, John “Rambo” Stevens, also passed away. High-profile stops include New York City’s Webster Hall and Washington D.C.’s 9:30 Club. The first leg of the tour concludes in early October with a series of dates across the South, including Richmond, Raleigh, Atlanta, and Nashville. After a brief hiatus, the band will return to the road in February 2027 for a second leg that focuses heavily on the Southwestern and Southern United States. This portion of the tour includes a significant run through Texas, with shows in San Antonio, Austin, Dallas, and Houston, as well as a unique appearance on The ‘80s Cruise, which sails from New Orleans in late February.
The 2027 dates continue through March, with a heavy focus on Florida and the Ohio Valley. Fans in St. Petersburg, Orlando, and Fort Lauderdale will have multiple opportunities to see the band before they head north through the Carolinas and Kentucky. The tour is currently scheduled to wrap up in late March 2027 with performances in Cincinnati and Columbus, Ohio. This expansive schedule ensures that PiL will reach nearly every corner of the continent, offering a career-spanning setlist that likely draws from their early post-punk innovations as well as their more recent, critically acclaimed output.
